CCB II - System and Troubleshooting  

The Second Generation Computer Controlled Braking (CCB II) – System and Troubleshooting course comprises of seven modules that cover the basics of the electronic air brake system equipped on a Wabtec locomotive. The course covers some of the setup modes and calibration test features available on a Wabtec locomotive with CCB II system, including additional features such as the event log and self test. The major focus of the course is on how to troubleshoot the CCB II system in the event of a failure. The course culminates with a discussion on maintaining the pneumatic components of the electronic air brake system.
